PTSD Nightmares

Anyone can have PTSD nightmares following an auto accident. Once thought to be just a result of combat and affecting only soldiers, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has been found to affect anybody following a traumatic experience. One of the most common triggers for PTSD is a motor vehicle accident.

Symptoms can be fear, anxiety, sleeplessness and other symptoms of stress. Some people experience headaches, stomach pain and muscle tension as part of their PTSD nightmares.
