Summary
On certain passenger vehicles with manual transmissions, the heat insulator may be cracked. Continued operation of the vehicle could cause the insulator to separate from the vehicle, posing a hazard to following vehicles.

Remedy:
Dealers will replace the heat insulator. The manufacturer has reported that owner notification is expected to begin during April 2004.
