I was involved in a 'no fault' accident with two independent witnesses.
I contacted my broker and I was then contacted by a Company who deals with the motor aspect, they in turn arranged for a car hire Company who supplied a replacement car - so far so good.
Then a "Law Firm" designated by I presume the insurance company got me to sign various documents on line to claim for what has turned out to be a very severe whip lash injury, who after I am told the statutory 3 weeks engaged a Medical company and I arranged to have an assessment at the nearest highly qualified physio's, who I know does this work for other Companies, she made her assessment and told the Medical Company her views and treatment required, now 10 weeks after the accident and repeated telephone calls to the Law Company, I have today returned to my doctor who also recommends physio, the pain in the neck, shoulders and collar bone necessitates medication on a regular basis and prevents my sleeping properly, frequently having to get up and sleep in a chair. I feel trapped as I have agreed to deal with this, what I consider inefficient Company.
Its promises promises and no action - I'm left in the air and I really don't know what to do? Can you please advise me? Many thanks
