Accident Last May

We live in an apartment complex behind a grocery store. The street that runs along the side of the grocery store has the right away. Customers leaving the store have a stop sign.
While leaving our apartment complex, a lady pulled out in front of me without stopping at the stop sign. It was a warm sunny afternoon in May.
We were both wearing our seatbelts, and there was no chemical involvement. My dog was in the truck as well, and he did bust the windshield with his head. There was damage to both vehicles.
